Mastering Keyboard Shortcuts : A to Z Computer shortcuts using Ctrl Key

Hi my dear students,

In today’s world, all people want to complete any task on the computer in the fastest way i.e. using a shortcut key. So today my theme in this article is, to discuss shortcut keys from A to Z using one common key Ctrl key or control key.

Shortcut Keys
Description
Ctrl + A
Select All Contents ( text,files,folders,etc.)
Ctrl + B
Make the selected text bold.
Ctrl + C
Copy the selected Text,files,folders etc.
Ctrl + D
Design the font style in MS Word
Ctrl + E
Align the selected text center.
Ctrl + F
Find the content in MS Word , find any files and folders.
Ctrl + G
Find and Replace the button in document.
Ctrl + H
Find and Replace the text in document.
Ctrl + I
Used to make the selected text italic.
Ctrl + J
Used to make the selected text justify.
Ctrl + K
Insert link in the selected text to the document.
Ctrl + L
used to align the selected text left side of the document.
Ctrl + M
used to create indentation of the selected paragraph.
Ctrl + N
used to open a new unsaved file or new window.
Ctrl + O
used to reopen the selected saved file.
Ctrl + P
used to print the document file.
Ctrl + Q
used to clear the indented paragraph.
Ctrl + R
used to align the text right side of the document.
Ctrl + S
Used to Save File and Document.
Ctrl + T
Used to create hanging indent and open a new tab in browser.
Ctrl + U
Used to create line under the selected text.
Ctrl + V
Used to paste the selected contents at its desired position.
Ctrl + W
Used to close the MS Word Document.
Ctrl + X
Used to cut the selected text.
Ctrl + Y
Used for Redo Operation.
Ctrl + Z
Used for Undo Operation.
